Its rebels V.s robot navy people.Robo  Joe finds the rebels secret hideaway and gets struck by lightning .he wakes up 25 years later and sees two women they are survivors of the world war 56 .Robo Joe found by  a young women at the age of 24 years with a daughter at the age of 5.they tried to see if robo joe gained unconsciousness by the women she waked him up by whacking him with a crowbar wile playing golf with his head. he woke up and saw a skeleton and with suprise took out his arm gun and shot it in the “area”.so he set off for a adventuer to take on the new robotic super atomic navy soldiers so he went and got attacked by  mugers for money$$$$$ so his robot instingks shot out a super blast!!!!!and aquiered a new wepons and continued he got there and got and saw the chief of the navy and they fought and in thje end……
